This one was made this afternoon.Quick sketch based off a fan-design.Not really a fan of this pairing or such,but the design is pretty neat.

Ok,so the first one is just random stuff that ppopped up after done fretting over school,drawn over some old english homework,and the second one is Chrona from Soul Eater(which is an awesome manga/anime btw),drawn inbetween some homework in my russian notebook.I still have that hw to finish ... 9.9;

Some drawlings made at a friends place with said friends sister.The sad part is that both of these drawings were made by me,and not by her 7-year-old sister.

The characters are Jenny and Frida in case they're not recognizable.

Hmyeah.I've had a pretty full week.All sorts of summer-stuff and beach-going.

Sing with me

Just woke up from The Songfestival here at Tallinn.

And I gotta say,it's nice to be back to all the singing(throat-scratching as always :)).And of course the masses of people,young singers who are tired and sleepy and the weather changing every 2 hours.It's fun.
Yesterday was rehearsal day.The stage was filled to the brim with singers from young to old.Meaning there are probably even more people this year than the last time :D

I really like painting clouds,especially in opencanvas,it's really paintery :D

Sometimes when I don't have paper at hand and I just have to quickly squiggle a thought or idea down,I just draw on it.The hand that is.Yes,yes,I know,who would do such a thing,right?

Altamira

Well,I already posted this on el-jay,so why not here?



"Something we did in art history class!The theme was "Summer expectations".We had to imitate impressionism,so the teach gave us some sticks of chalk(rasvakriidid andis meile)
Of course,my expectations for the summer are drawing and OC Tournaments! 8D ...Yes,and writing stories for my own charas and developing them and draw them lots.nwn
Anyways,that's why I drew this girl.Her name's Altamira and she's a goddess,but she doesn't know that.She was new when I made her the day before art-class,but that was 3 weeks ago,so,uuuuuh....now she's not that new of a character anymore ee;"

Re-vamp

And we're goin' live!Argh!what took me so long?
Well,I could pretty much customize the layout for an eternity,but that would be pretty pointless methinks.The current layout is fine as it is.At least I like it now.

Gloved and gloveless

I am really lazy,so I'll make this post extra short:


Here's a character I made around 2006 or so,and this is a concept drawing I 'painted',all the while failing to re-design her to a bit less dull-colored version.
She is from a comic concept I'm trying to develop, which revolves around a magic detective team trying to solve mysteries and gruesome murders of the magical world.All-the while without exposing too much of that world.
Her fake name is Alice.She fights with magical stone gloves.

Steampunk character

I've been mingling over a new character now for a few days.I even have a little backdrop story made -the city of Auropolis,a looming,growing steampunk city,has this outcast girl,who isn't even supported by her family(Who honestly have no idea what she's really up to).Her dream is to become a full-fledged inventor of things useful and interesting.She likes chemistry as well.I think I'd like to make a comic of her.In estonian and english.With a bit of french.
These are just some try-out quick-paintings I made in opencanvas to get the hang of her colours and features.She's based on one of the paintings I posted earlier here.

This is something more laid out now,but it's still kinda un-finished as well.

6 hours on and off in OpenCanvas.

Cat in the sun

It was really hot one day so I started this.It was mainly for fun,but I tried having practice with gradients and patterned backgrounds along the way.It's still unfininshed,and not quite how I wanted it,but I guess I'll have to settle for now.

The cat's in there coz he really loves sunshine.Mmmm...sunshine.
